Each room consists of a double divan bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bed side table. There is a spacious bathroom and separate toilet shared between yourself and the other tenant. The house is a spacious comfortable and homely house, that everyone can feel at home in. There is a spacious lounge, separate dining room, and a newly kitted out kitchen to be shared by all. It is a large property and has a small drive way available for one car and a large back garden with storage shed. I also provide virgin media broadband available as is Netflix and the use of Apple tv. Bills are all included in the cost you see and there is a deposit of £320.00 that will need to be provided as well. The house is situated within 10 minutes walk to the train station and bus stops with links all over Birmingham and surrounding areas. There is easy access to the motorway so great location to get away at weekends to various places. Great location if you work in Birmingham centre, need to commute or have family/friends elsewhere you like to visit. At the end of the road there are local shops and a popular gym within walking distance. I would like someone that is friendly, sociable, and enjoys doing different things, having a few drinks, good food and looking for somewhere to call home. I would like a Non smoker.
